It is rather interesting to note how quickly many are to absolve Hezbollah of any of the responsibility for the recent crisis in Lebanon. The United Nations continues its great debate as they consider the Lebanese request to change the ceasefire resolution to allow the Lebanese Army to move in between Israel and Hezbollah and to require Israel to withdraw from Lebanon as a condition of a ceasire.
Amazing how suddenly Hezbollah is a fighter for Lebanon and yet we seem to forget that it was Hezbollah that caused this latest round of open warfare. It was Hezbollah that snuck into Israel, killing several while kidnapping two Israeli reservists. How does anything afterewards absolve them of blame or responsibility?
One has to wonder if the majority of nations today aren’t just simply nuts. I mean what nation negotiates with Terrorists? A rose by any other name is still a Rose, so why does the Arab League and the United Nations assume that Hezbollah is anything but what it is, a murdering group of Terrorists?
All this political correctness is just Bullshit. If someone is trying to kill you, the fact that they may donate money to the Red Cross or United Way certainly doesn’t alter that they want to kill you, so how does Hezbollah’s charity work grant them absolution?
Isn’t the first requirement before absolution require the guilty party to disassociate themself from the prior actions? I mean before you can be forgiven, don’t you have to admit that what you did was wrong, acknowledge that and show you are sorry for doing wrong? Kind of stupid to forgive you if you don’t, yet it seems the Media is willing to, as is the United Nations.
Hezbollah says it wont attack Israel if Israel leaves, but then that is what they said two years ago too, so how come for two years Hezbollah rockets fell on Israel? How come this whole war began because Hezbollah invaded and kidnapped two Israelis? How does that show remorse or a willingness to change?
Instead of absolution, perhaps it is time to forget the polltical correctness and do what is right. END THEIR MURDEROUS REIGN.
