According to a New England Journal of Medicine, a study conducted, claims that circumcision helps protect men from Herpes and the virus that causes Genital Warts. The study was done in Uganda, and clearly states ‘heterosexual men’ which makes me ask the obvious question.
What about us Gay Men?
Around the 1970′s, Medical Science claimed there was no practicle health benefits for circumcision. Now they are saying that in Heterosexual Males, it helps prevent HIV infection, and now Herpes and Genital Warts.
So, again, the question being, how does a straight guy who bops his girl up the ass, benefit, but a guy doing it to a guy doesn’t? It sort of sounds, a bit out of whack, because an asshole is an asshole, isn’t it?
Now I can see there being a difference if the intercourse is penis to vagina, but a penis in the ass, is still in an ass, or do females holes, have something guys don’t?
Then too, Uganda? I uh, seriously wonder how any study done in Uganda, can be comparable or accurate to one done in a, shall we say, more civilized nations, like France, Holland, Germany, or the USA?
Now some are calling for the Medical Profession to once more recommend circumcision as a means of keeping males safe, well, hetorsexual males that is. Course, when a guy is born, do you know if they are straight or gay?
And the study tested 1,709 males, and really, 1,709? Like what, they couldn’t find one more to make it 1,710, or they couldn’t stop at 1,700? Why the odd number, that is more than half of those in the actual study ( 3,393 were in the study )
Funny, in a way, at how one study suddenly gets the chorus yelling for change in how things are dealt with. It seems to me, the truth is, these so called professionals have a guess, then when some study, somewhere, helps re-enforce that guess, they call it fact.
