A Canadian Lab thinks it has a vaccine for HIV, and human testing is slated to begin shortly. However, it raises a few questions, as to the validity of such testing, given the abject failure of earlier trials, such as the one by Merc. That was where the drug actually saw a rise in HIV, not a decrease. It also raises the question of safety procedures, and how well are these drug manufacturers following proper protocol in the making of their drugs. It calls into question too, the high cost being associated with new drugs. One hopes this one will work, but willl it be safe to use?

A study of 1,709 hetorsexual males in Uganda, supposedly proves that being circumcised has a health benefit. It claims, that along with other studies, the risk of acquiring HIV is reduced, now so is getting Genital Warts, and Herpes. I don't know, but if guys have anal sex, with a woman or man, isn't that the same? So why does it say only for straight guys doing their girls up the ass? Then too, Uganda? Rather interesting claim, but where is the beef? And is 1,709 enough of a sample, to warrant such a general claim?

Things like how we weren't all obese, and how we made fun for ourselves, without the need of a new toy, or television set. How we used to walk to places close by, and how those close by places, somehow now need us to drive to get there. How we have changed, and how we have maybe let ourselves be changed.
