McCain Wins South Caroline

The old war horse did it, he finally won in South Carolina. A hard fought win for him, by a narrow margin, but a win is a win, as he took the most delegates today. What gets me , though, is how can any minority support the Republican Party? I mean there isn’t one Candidate running that SUPPORTS EQUAL RIGHTS for everyone. I mean if you are black, hispanic, gay, Asian, how can you support any party that isn’t willing to give EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW FOR EVERYONE?

Seems awfully strange to me, but then I am blond. Go figure, but while I might want fiscal restraint, want less Government in my life, I sure as hell DO WANT MY GOVERNMENT PROTECTION. Yet the Republicans refuse to accept that there are other opinions, than theirs. They REFUSE to acknowledge the rights of anyone, which is evident by their acceptance of TORTURE.

Still, it is interesting to watch, and I don’t know, but John McCain is an interesting character. Should be fun to see how this all plays out.
