Religion’s Brainwashing

The recent protests by Anti Gay groups at the Commonwealth Conference shows just how desperate the Religious Right are in attempting to foist their views on everyone else. The issue isn’t about GOD, isn’t about following his word either. If it was, they would embrace the right of differences, instead of railing against it, instead of threatening to leave. This isn’t being worthy of GOD.

Funny thing is, they can protest the Queen, can carry flags and signs against Homosexuality, and yet what happens when GAYS try to protest? They aren’t accorded anywhere near the same respect, or safety. HATE CRIMES AGAINST GAYS in these so called ‘poor‘ countries is on the rise, more than in the United States. So it is good to see Western Leaders, like the Queen, acknowledge that changes need to be addressed.
