		<description><![CDATA[If a foreign national is afforded protection under the US Constitution, why then are those held in Gitmo, forcibly brought to the United States, not equally afforded the same protection? A rather frightening double standard, when the rights are afforded, by selective process, rather than across the board. It can be argued, a terrorist is no worse of an offender, than an alleged child molester or pedophile. So why does one get equal protection, due procees, the other languishes in confinement?]]></description>
